摘要
通过对我国科技论文网络发表发展现状和现存问题的分析,指出我国网络发表存在评审机制不完善等主要问题。针对现存问题本文以强化学术交流功能为推动我国科技论文发表的突破口,建立互动性学术交流平台。相对于传统纸质期刊,该平台具有互动性、启发性和评审约束性三方面优势,因而可以有效推动我国网络科技论文发表的发展进程。
Based on the analysis of the development situation of and problems in online publishing of S ＆ T papers in China, this paper points out some major problems such as the imperfect assessment mechanism. In view of the existing problems, the paper takes the strengthening of the academic exchange function so as to promote the online publishing of S ＆ T papers in China as the point of penetration to establish an interactive academic exchange platform. Compared with the traditional paper-based journals, this platform has the advantages of interactivity, enlightenment and assessment constraint, and therefore can promote the development process of online publishing of S ＆ T papers in China effectively.
