腹腔镜下胃旁路手术46例分析 被引量:1

摘要 当前,胃旁路手术现已成为治疗病理性肥胖症的"金标准"。上世纪80年代,外科医生们偶然发现一些伴有2型糖尿病的病理性肥胖患者在接受胃旁路手术后,糖尿病得到了缓解、治愈[1]。
