摘要
目的探讨高频超声对精索静脉曲张(Vc)的诊断价值。方法采用高频超声检测132例左侧精索静脉曲张患者(V组)和38例健康体检者(C组)的双侧精索静脉,观察精索静脉平静呼吸时的最大内径(DR)、Valsalva试验时的最大内径(DV)、最大反流速度(Vmax)及反流持续时间(TR)。结果 V组左侧精索静脉的DR、DV、Vmax、TR均明显大于C组左侧(P<0.01),也明显大于同组右侧精索静脉的检测值(P<0.01)。结论高频超声可为Vc患者提供精确的精索静脉内径及血流动力学等指标,有助于Vc的诊断。
Objective To investigate the diagnostic value of high frequency ultrasound in varicocele. Methods The spermatic veins were examined with high frequency ultrasound in 132 men with left varicocele（group V） and 38 healthy male volunteers（group C）. The indexes included the diameter at rest（DR）,diameter at valsalva maneuver（DV）, the peak velocity of reflux（Vmax） and reflux time（TR） of the spermatic vein. Results The DR,DV,Vmax and TR of the spermatic vein on the left side in group V were significantly greater than those on the right side or those on the left side in group C（P0.01）. Conclusion High frequency ultrasound can provide accurate indexes of the internal spermatic vein,which is useful in the diagnose of varicocele.
