人类精子糖基化磷脂酰肌醇锚定蛋白研究进展 被引量:1

摘要 在大多数真核生物中,糖基化磷脂酰肌醇(GPI)锚作为一种翻译后修饰定位蛋白质的C端而定位于细胞膜的外叶。GPI锚的结构上主要由三部分组成:磷酸乙醇胺连接部分、聚糖部分和磷脂尾部分。
