摘要
将传统工艺流程发酵、沉淀、捏洗、水解、划分、调粉、烘干改为发酵、膜分离、调粉、烘干,目的是提高经济效益,减少乙醇使用量,减轻工人的劳动强度,缩短生产周期。新工艺采用不同规格的搪瓷膜分离相对分子量较大的右旋糖酐聚合物和非聚合物,实现了右旋糖酐按不同分子量分布进行分级,采用这种方式生产的右旋糖酐完全达到药典要求,比采用传统工艺减少使用70%~80%的酒精,且易于回收副产品——果糖,果糖可用于发酵生产乙醇,防止产生高营养的废水。
In order to improve economic benefit, reduce the used amount of ethanol, ease the labor intensity and shorten the production cycle, the paper mainly changes the traditional process from fermentation, precipitation, pinch wash, hydrolysis, di- viding, powder mixing and drying to fermentation, membrane separation, powder mixing and drying. The new process divides dextran polymers containing more relative molecular weight and non-polymers with different specifications of ceramic mem- brane to classify dextran according to different molecular weight distributions. Such dextran produced by the process can con- form to the pharmacopoeia requirements and the process also uses less ethanol by 70%~80% than the traditional one, what's more, the by-product, fructose is easily to be recycled which can be used to ferment to produce ethanol and prevent producing high nutrition waste water.
