摘要
GB151-1999《管壳式换热器》中未对换热管的径向失稳做出规定,薄壁钛管换热器在水压试验时易发生径向失稳,本文对薄壁钛换热管的失稳做出了计算,通过分析提出了解决薄壁换热管径向失稳的具体措施,以供设计、制造、检验人员参考。
There are no requirements on the radial instability of heat exchange tube in GB 151-1999, the shell-and-tube heat exchangers. The radial instability is easier to happen when hydro testing for thin walledtitanium tube. This paper calculates the instability of thin walled titanium tube and advises countermeasures for solving radial instability of thin walled titanium tube according to analysis, to provide reference todesigners, manufacturers and inspectors.
