摘要目的:探讨患有精神分裂症的孕妇进行剖宫产术的安全性。方法:回顾性分析我院2年来收治患精神分裂症孕妇施行剖宫手术的病例及处理资料。结果:12例患有精神分裂症孕妇顺利进行剖宫术,均未发生并发症,母婴平安,产妇顺利转入精神科作后期治疗。结论:患有精神分裂症的孕妇,只要经过精心准备、细心照料、耐心疏导、家人的关怀、精神科配合,剖宫产术能保证母婴平安。
