摘要
针对卤代反应中潜在的事故隐患,运用经过定量改进的HAZOP方法,辨识了其潜在事故原因和主要事故后果,对事故风险进行量化,并提出了控制措施建议;重点对温度、搅拌及冷却、氢溴酸滴加速率等主要偏差,提出了安装超温报警器、低转速报警器、低流量报警器、自动联锁装置等安全控制方案。该工作对指导卤代反应安全设计、安全评价方面的工作有一定的参考价值。
Against potential damages in halogenating reaction,improved HAZOP which can quantify potential risks was applied,the potential risk reasons and major consequences were identified,risks was quantified,and safety measures were put forward.Primarily,against major deviations,such as temperature,stirring and cooling,hydrobromic acid dropping rate,safety control plans were put forward which included installing over-temperature alarm,low-rotation rate alarm,low-flow alarm,automatic interlocking device and so on.It can provide a guidance to explore safety design or safety assignment for halogenating reaction.
