摘要
目的介绍颈内静脉临时置管后引起的传染性湿疹样皮炎及其治疗方法。方法报告1例血液透析行临时颈内静脉置管后发生的传染性湿疹样皮炎病例临床表现及诊治经过，结合国内外医学数据库相关文献对其诊断治疗进行讨论。结果患者经抗过敏、抗感染及物理治疗等综合处理后治愈。结论颈内静脉临时置管后并发周围皮肤的湿疹样皮炎临床较少见，临床医生应加强认识，避免误诊，及早规范治疗。同时医护人员应重视透析患者中心静脉导管的护理。
Objectives To introduce the temporary internal jugular vein catheter induced infectious eczematoid dermatitis and the therapies. Methods We report the clinical manifestation and treatment of one hemodialysis patient with temporary internal jugular vein catheter - induced infectious eczematoid dermatitis, and discuss the dignosis and treatment of the disease according to correlated domestic and abroad literatures. Results The patient was cured after comprehensive treatment inclucing anti -allergy, antiinfeetion and physiotherapy. Conclusions The incidence of temporary internal jugular vein catheter induced infectious eczematoid dermatitis is low. Clinician should strengthen the knowledge of the disease, avoiding misdiagnosis and treating normatively as soon as possible. Meanwhile, doctors and nurses should pay more attention to the nursing care of central vein catheter of hemedialysis patients.
