摘要
随着我国社会的发展和经济体制改革的不断深入,农村土地权利的内容越来越丰富,农村土地流转的方式越来越多,农村土地流转的范围也越来越广。但是当前农村土地流转大多处于自发无序状态,在一定程度上阻碍了农村土地流转科学、合理、有序的进行。文章通过对湖南桃江县农村土地流转情况的调研,就目前农村土地流转的现状、存在的问题及其对策进行探讨。
With the development of economic structure reform, the content of rural land authority has become richer, the measures and scope of the rural/and exchange have been raised.But most of the present rural land circulation isstill in a state of spontaneous and disorder, will impede the rural land movements from proceeding scientifically, reasonably and orderly.Based on the investigation of the Taojiang County Rural Land Survey, this paper analysis the current rural land circulation status, existing problems and puts forward countermeasure.
