摘要
针对目前热连轧生产轧制过程中实时反映生产状况的轧制力数据中所包含的大量丰富信息没有被充分利用的现象,从轧制力方面探讨了提高带钢成品厚度精度的新方法。从理论上分析了热轧轧制力信号特性,并结合小波在不同频率尺度上可以提取信号相关特征的优势,提出了一种基于小波多分辨分析的轧制力AGC系统。该算法采用小波多分辨分析算法提取出轧辊偏心、水印等引起的轧制力波动,并分别针对各因素引起的轧制力波动量进行相应的控制。仿真结果表明,该方法是有效可行的,提高了带钢厚度精度,具有广阔的推广应用前景。
The rolling force data have not been fully utilized in the hot tandem rolling process now. Aiming at this phenomenon, the rolling force AGC system based on Wavelet multi-resolution analysis was present. Analyze the physical characteristics of the signal, and identify the roiling force variation caused by the roll eccentricity and watermark. The different deviation is corresponding control algo- rithm to increasing thickness accuracy of hot rolled strip steel. The simulation results show that the control method is effective and has wide application prospect.
