摘要
文章运用安全经济学、管理学等知识,就煤矿生产中安全投入与安全管理及安全效益的关系进行了研究,得到煤矿安全管理效益模型,并对其基本内涵进行了阐述,以求对提高我国煤矿安全管理水平起到一定的作用。
Through studying the relationship of safety management,safety input and safety benefits to the coal mine production with security economics,management science and other knowledge,set up the benefit model of coal safety management,furthmore,expatiated its basic meaning,and this is very important to improve the level of safety management on coal.
