摘要
以GUL特种发动机为研究对象,研究了这种由凸轮控制的活塞滑块机构的运动规律,并与传统的曲柄连杆机构进行了比较。结合试验中出现的曲轴箱压力过高的问题,对活塞凸轮型线进行了优化设计,改进后曲轴箱压力过高的情况得到了缓解。
This paper is based on GUL engine.The law of the piston-slide block mechanism's motion controlled by cam profile of GUL engine is researched via comparing with conventional crank-connecting rod mechanism.According to the research of high pressure in combustion chamber,Piston cam profile is improved.The situation of high pressure in combustion chamber is relief after improvement.
