摘要
原始的弹性联轴器在使用中,经常发生弹性橡胶件快速磨损,导致弹性橡胶件需经常更换。文章介绍了一种新型"弹、刚性联轴器",在"弹性联轴器"的基础上进行了优化设计,使其既具有"弹性联轴器"的装配简单特点又具有"刚性联轴器"的耐磨性。通过改善原始弹性联轴器的受力情况和结构的变化,使"弹、刚性联轴器"便于维修。
The elastic rubber is always abraded fast in using of elastic coupling, so the elastic rubber needs changing frequently because of abrasion. A new kind of elastic and rigid coupling is introduced in this text based on the optimized design of elastic coupling, which is provided with easy assembly for elastic coupling as well as abrasion-resistance for rigid coupling. The elastic and rigid coupling can be repaired easily by improving the force and construction variety for the original elastic coupling.
