摘要
加强财政投资评审机制的创新具有重大的现实意义。针对财政投资评审建设中存在的问题,应该通过相关制度的完善和创新加以解决。需要建立从源头介入预算编制、完善全过程跟踪的评审机制,健全评审风险防范和管理机制,建立良好的评审成果开发利用机制。
It has a great realistic significance to strengthen mechanism innovation in the assessment of financial investment at present. As to the existing problems in the assessment of the financial mechanism, this paper believes the solution lies in the perfection and innovation of relative systems. So it is necessary to establish the investment planning intervened from the very beginning, to perfect assessment mechanism on the investment throughout the whole process, to improve the mechanism of investment risk prevention and management, and to build up a pretty good assessment mechanism for the development and utilization of the fruitful achievements.
