摘要
良好的板形是高性能钢板质量保证的一个重要指标。由于高性能钢板要求的冷却速率较大,钢板在冷却过程中极易产生厚度方向和宽度方向的冷却不均而形成瓢曲。本文结合现场实际,分析了由于宽度方向冷却不均导致钢板瓢曲的影响形式,制定了相应的改进措施,改善了板形。
Good profile is an important index of quality assurance for high performance steel. As the high performance steel needs the larger cooling rate, it is easy to produce buckling from uneven cooling along the thickness and width direction. Combining the site practice, it analyzes the plate buckling form from uneven cooling along the width direction and draws up some corresponding improvement measures to improve the shape.
