摘要
高职院校学生工作者是高职院校教师队伍的重要组成部分,是高职学生思想教育、日常管理工作的组织者和实施者,他们对高职学生树立正确的世界观、人生观和价值观起着重要的作用。加强高职院校学生工作者的师德建设,对培养合格的社会主义建设者和接班人,对于高职院校自身的发展都具有十分重要的意义。
The students＇ instructors are the important component of higher vocational colleges＇ teachers. They are the organizers and executors of ideological education and daily management work for higher vocational colleges＇ students. They have important effect for students to establish correct world view, life view and value view. Strengthening the construction of teacher＇s ethics is very important to train the qualified builders of socialism and develop the higher vocational colleges.
