摘要
介绍了不平衡报价的概念,划分了不平衡报价法策略,并在此基础上,从投标方的角度出发,利用资金时间价值理论,建立了以工程实际付款终值最大化为目标函数的非线性规划模型,配以具体的工程实例通过计算机软件(lingo8.0)求得不平衡报价的最优解,并对不平衡报价模型的实际应用进行了探讨。
This paper introduces the conception and the classification of unbalanced bids. Then from the con- tractors＂ point of view and based on the principle of the time value of money construct a non - linear program- ming model, maximizing the future value of actual payment. Finally taking a engineering project as an example give the optimal solution of unbalanced bids by the computer software （ lingo8.0） , and analyze the applicationof unbalanced bids model in practice.
