摘要
随着企业员工思想观念日益多元化,对企业思想政治工作也提出了挑战,这就要求牢固坚持以人为本的理念,不断改进工作方法,提高思想政治工作人员的素质。通过深入解放思想,不断创新实践,保持企业党组织思想政治工作的优势。
The diversification of staff＇s changing ideas brings a challenge to the ideological and political work of enterprise.This strongly asks the companies to hold fast to the people-oriented concept,improve the working methods and promote the quality of the teaching staff itself.Enterprises should make efforts to keep the advantage of the Party Organization in ideological and political work through further emancipation in minds and continuous practice and innovation.
