摘要
按照现行结构加固设计方法和可靠度标准进行结构加固,会造成巨大浪费.为此,设计者需要根据经济分析的有关成果,采用性能化结构加固设计方法,对业主的不同要求及现有建筑物实际情况进行结构加固设计.在分析传统结构加固设计方法及现有性能化设计方法与规范的基础上,指出了传统结构加固设计方法的不足,借鉴已有的抗震性能化设计和抗火性能化设计方法,提出了采用性能化的结构加固设计方法来弥补传统加固方法的不足,在此基础上提出了广义性能化结构加固设计方法的概念及特点.
Structure reinforcement according to present design method of structure reinforcement and reliability standard will cause tremendous waste. Designer should adopt design method of performancebased structure reinforcement according to related results from economic analysis and carry out according to different requirements of the owners and actual situation of the buildings. Based on analyzing traditional design method of structure reinforcement and present performance-based design method and stand- ard, this paper points out the shortage of traditional design method of structure reinforcement and puts forward design method of perform/race-based structure reinforcement to compensate for the shortage traditional design method using existing aseismatic and fire-resistance performance-based design method. On this basis, it puts forward the concept and characteristic of generalized design method of performance-based structure reinforcement.
