MiR-146a在免疫反应中的调节作用 被引量：1

摘要 microRNA是一类非编码的小分子RNA,通过在转录后水平抑制蛋白的表达,在许多生理和病理进程中发挥重要作用。MiR-146a在固有免疫调节、炎症反应以及抗病毒中发挥重要作用。本文就最近对miR-146a在固有免疫、炎症应答、病毒感染和人类疾病等方面的研究进行了综述。研究显示,可能可以通过对miR-146a表达的调控来治疗一些人类疾病。
