摘要 脂肪性肝病由一组肝细胞内三酰甘油过度沉积为特征的疾病组成,与肝硬化、肝纤维化及很多代谢性、传染性疾病均有密切关系。CT为常用的脂肪肝影像学检查方法,能够有效地无创性检测肝脏的脂肪沉积。近年来CT设备和技术进展很快,双能量扫描(DECT)等新技术也被用于肝脏脂肪的检测。 Hepatic steatosis(fatty liver disease) describes the discrete accumulation of triglycerides within cytoplasmic vesicles of hepatocytes. This broad spectrum of diseases is closely associated with liver fibrosis, cirrhosis, some metabolic diseases and infectious diseases. CT has been used as a nonin vasive method to effectively evaluate hepatic steatosis on the basis of the differences in attenuation be tween normal liver parenchyma and hepatic lesions. With the development of current CT technology, novel techniques including dual energy CT have also been used for detecting hepatic steatosis.
