环向缠绕混杂碳/玻纤维复合材料气瓶最优混杂比有限元分析 被引量:4

摘要 压缩天然气(CNG)复合材料气瓶主要应用于航空航天领域,因为传统的CNG复合材料气瓶安全问题日益突出,因此,把纤维混杂法应用到CNG气瓶已成为一种趋势.以CNG 2型气瓶为例,运用ANSYS软件建立了与实际工况相一致的碳/玻混杂纤维缠绕气瓶有限元分析模型,通过数值模拟和仿真分析,在获得碳/玻混杂纤维的当量厚度比的基础上,最终确定了两种纤维的最优混杂比. The composite cylinders for compressed natural gas (CNG) are commonly applied in aerospace, however, for safety problems of traditional CNG composite cylinder becoming very critical, the hybrid fiber method applied in CNG cylinder has attracted more attention. Taken CNG 2 cylinder as an example,the finite element analysis model of carbon/glass hybrid filament winding cylinder was set up by ANSYS software, which is coincident with the practice. Through the numerical simulation and analysis,the optimal hybrid fiber ratio of two kinds of fibers was determined based on the obtained equivalence thickness ratio of carbon/glass hybrid fiber.
