摘要
将从深海硅藻中克隆的与氮具有高度亲和性的硝酸盐转运蛋白基因NAT3通过农杆菌介导的遗传转化方法,转入水稻品种中花11,在含30 mg/L Basta的选择培养基上筛选,获得456棵抗性植株,对NAT3目标基因检测,获得313棵阳性植株,初步证明目标基因已整合到中花11基因组中。
NAT3 gene coding protein with high nitrate combining ability cloned from Cylindrotheca fusiformis was transmitted into rice 'zhonghua 11' via Agrobacterium-mediated transformation.456 regenerated rice plants with resistance were obtained by screening on the culture medium with 30 mg/L basta.313 positive transgenetic plants were gained by PCR amplification analysis targeting at NAT3 gene.It was confirmed that NAT3 gene had been integrated into the genome of 'zhonghua 11'.
