低阻抗意念导入疗法对抑郁症伴失眠患者睡眠质量的影响 被引量:8

The sleep-improving effect of thought imprint psychotherapy under lower resistant state on depression associated with insomnia

摘要 目的探讨中医心理疗法中的低阻抗意念导入法对抑郁症伴失眠患者的作用。方法对符合抑郁症诊断标准入组的24例抑郁症伴失眠患者采用低阻抗状态睡眠调控技术进行为期6个月的干预,采用自身前后对照的方法,观察匹兹堡睡眠质量指数量表(PSQI)、多导睡眠图(PSG)监测结果,并对主观与客观的睡眠质量进行评价。结果干预6个月后,患者的匹兹堡睡眠质量指数量表评分、多导睡眠监测结果均显示睡眠质量明显改善。干预前后分别PSQI睡眠质量分别为(2.500±0.589)分、(1.416±0.928)分,入睡时间分别(2.375±0.875)分、(1.416±0.880)分,睡眠时间分别为(2.125±0.947)分、(1.500±0.884)分,睡眠效率分别为(1.625±1.135)分、(0.958±0.954)分,睡眠障碍分别为(1.875±0.536)分、(1.416±0.775)分,日间功能分别为(2.416±0.880)分、(1.833±1.203)分。PSG监测结果显示,干预前后睡眠效率分别为(0.82±0.11)%、(0.88±0.10)%,觉醒次数分别为(3.92±3.24)次、(2.38±1.21)次,1期睡眠百分比分别为(27.4±11.9)%、(23.5±7.8)%;3期睡眠百分比分别为(10.2±6.8)%、(15.6±5.9)%,REM睡眠百分比分别为(23.89±6.84)%、(16.16±6.36)%。结论低阻抗状态睡眠调控技术可提高抑郁症伴失眠患者的睡眠质量。 Objective To study the effect of thought imprint psychotherapy in lower resistant state (a TCM psychotherapy ) treating insomnia accompanied by depression. Methods Intervened patients by sleep regulating technique of lower resistant state for 6 months. PSQI and PSG were tested prior and post treatment. Results The data from PSQI and PSG indicated the improvement of their sleep quality: PSQI: sleep quality (2.500±0.589) vs (1.416±0.928), initiating sleep time(2.375±0.875) vs (1.416±0.880), sleep time (2.125±0.947) vs (1.500±0.884), sleep efficiency (1.625±1.135) vs (0.958±0.954), sleep disorder (1.875±0.536) vs (1.416±0.775), daytime function (2.416±0.880) vs (1.833 ±1.203) ; PSG: sleep efficiency (0.82 ±0.11) % vs (0.88±0.10) %, number of wake (3.92±3.24) vs (2.38±1.21), stage 1 percentage (27.4±11.9) % vs (23.5±7.8) %, stage 3 percentage (10.2±6.8) %vs (15.6±5.9) %, REM sleep percentage (23.89±6.84) %vs (16.16±6.36) %, P〈0.05 or 0.01. Conclusion Sleep regulating technique in lower resistant state can improve patients' sleep quality.
