摘要
文章利用聚(对氯甲基苯乙烯-γ-甲基丙烯酰氧基丙基三甲氧基硅烷)(poly(VBC-co-γ-MPS))与磺化聚(2,6-二甲基-1,4-苯醚)(SPPO)进行共混和原位溶胶-凝胶(sol-gel)反应,再与二甲胺水溶液反应,制备得到酸-碱对有机-无机杂化离子膜。该膜具有较高的热稳定性、化学稳定性、离子交换容量以及质子电导率。合适摩尔分数的poly(VBC-co-γ-MPS)制备的膜的离子交换容量值为2.15mmol/g,水质量分数为80%,拉伸强度为13.4MPa,断裂伸长率为26%,质子传导率为0.086S/cm。与一般的杂化膜相比,膜的稳定性及质子传导率有显著提高。
The acid-base organic-inorganic hybrid membrane was prepared by in-situ sol-gel process of poly(vinyl benzyl chloride-γ-methacryloxypropyl trimethoxy silane)(poly(VBC-co-γ-MPS)) in presence of sulfonated poly(2,6-dimethyl-1,4-phenylene oxide)(SPPO),and subsequent reaction with dimethyl amine.The membrane demonstrates high thermal and chemical stability,ion exchange capacity and proton conductivity.The membrane prepared with appropriate mole fraction of poly(VBC-co-γ-MPS) possesses the following characteristics: ion exchange capacity is 2.15 mmol/g,water content is 80%,tensile strength is 13.4 MPa,elongation at break is 26%,and proton conductivity is 0.086 S/cm.Compared with common hybrid membranes,the stability and proton conductivity are improved notably by the presence of acid-base interaction.
