摘要
目的:选择颈型颈椎病的有效治疗方法。方法:运用冯氏脊柱(定点)旋转复位法治疗颈型颈椎病,每周治疗1-2次,共5次为一疗程进行统计。结果:治疗63例,治愈38例(60.32%);好转23例(36.5%);未愈2例(3.17%)。结论:冯氏脊柱(定点)旋转复位法是治疗颈型颈椎病的有效方法,其特点是方法简单、临床疗效好,适合在基层推广。
Objective：To choose the effective method of treatment for neck type of cervical spondylosis. Methods： To treat neck type of cervical spondylosis patients with Feng＇s spinal manipulation （FSM） for one to two times every week, five times in total was a curative period to evaluate. Results：A total of 63 cases received treatment,of which 38 cases （60.32%） were cured, 23 cases （36.5%） turned better and 2 cases （3.17%） failed to respond. Conclusion： Feng＇s spinal manipulation （FSM） treatment is an effective method for neck type of cervical spondylosis which is simple method, good clinical efficacy and suitable grass-roots promotion.
