摘要
目前基于模型的管道泄漏检测与定位方法在泄漏瞬态过程中难以稳定定位,造成定位时间过长,无法及时排除泄漏故障.基于特征线法,对管道泄漏瞬变信号的产生和传播进行研究,提出基于泄漏瞬变模型的管道泄漏检测与定位方法.该方法能够在泄漏瞬态过程中进行定位,缩短了模型法的定位时间.通过仿真研究和实际管道的实验验证对该方法的定位时间、定位持续时间、定位精度和噪声的影响等进行分析和讨论.实验结果表明该方法具有快速定位能力,可适用于突发泄漏和缓泄的检测和定位.但该方法的定位持续时间有限,测量信号中的噪声会影响该方法的定位精度、定位稳定性和定位响应速度.
Since current model based leak detection and location methods determined the leaks in pipelines on the basis of the steady-state of the release, they had difficulties in estimating the location during the release transients, resulting to a long time in localization and a delay in troubleshooting. Based on the Method of Characteristics, the generation and propagation of release transient information were studied and a new leak detection and location method based on release transient modeling was proposed. With this method, leaks from pipeline could be located during the release transients, leading to a shorter estimation time. The performance of the method, such as the accuracy, time used to estimate the leak, the valid duration time and the effect of the noise were analyzed through simulation and field test. Simulation results and field validation verified its ability in fast leak localization and its ability in detecting burst and slow leaks. Meanwhile, analysis of the experimental results also showed that the method had a limited duration time in estimation, and its accuracy, stability and response time were affected by measurement noise.
