摘要
近年来,众多跨国公司在我国设立研发机构,其研发活动也呈现出投资规模扩大、投资区域和行业集中等特征。跨国公司在华研发投资一方面提高了我国的技术水平和创新能力;另一方面也加剧了我国的技术依赖,导致了逆向技术扩散。因此,我国应在提高国内企业的技术创新能力、建立有效的人才管理机制以及加强政府管理等方面采取积极的应对策略。
In recent years, many transnational corporations set up research institutions in China, the activities present the features of the expansion of the investment scale, concentration of investment regions and industries. On the one hand, investments of transnational corporations promote the technology level and innovation ability. On the other hand, it leads to the dependence of technology, which results in converse technology diffusion. So we should take countermeasures such as improving domestic enterprises＇technology innovation capacity, establishing effective talents management mechanism and strengthening government management.
