摘要
目前我国很多大学都致力于生态校园的建设,通过相关文献的学习,在综述了国内外生态校园的研究进展的基础上,构建了高等学校生态校园评价指标体系.将层次分析法和模糊综合评价法耦合形成一种新的方法模糊层次综合评判法(FAHP),运用层次分析法结合专家经验,借助于Expert Choice软件研究了生态校园指标体系的权重,并结合模糊综合评判法进行最后的评价定级.以河北工程大学东校园为例对本套指标体系和评价方法做了检验和分析,验证了其有效性.
At present so many universities in China are working hard on eco-campus con- struction. This paper reviewed the researches on eco-campus in china and abroad and estab- lished the eco-campus evaluation index system on the basis of studying relevant literatures. Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation are coupling to form a new method fuzzy and analytical hierarchy process (FAHP). Then AHP combined with experience of expert is used to calculate the weight of eco-campus evaluation index system by the aid of expert decision-making software Expert Choice 11.5 and the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method is used for the final assessment and rank. Finally, an application of the mehod used in the east campus of Hebei University of Engineering verifies its effectiveness.
