摘要
为了消除冷却塔运行的噪声危害和减少年运行费用的负担，提出了用水轮机取代冷却塔风机电机的设计思路，并通过试验开发了新型冷却塔，通过实际应用证明该法可行。
Aiming to reduce the operating expenses and noise of cooling tower the electrical motor of the fan was replaced by a hydraulic turbine and a new type of cooling tower has been developed. Its feasibility has been proved by practice.
