摘要 为解决工程中大型结构物的同步升降所需顶升点数较多,通信系统状态不稳定和控制系统复杂等问题,设计了一种基于PROFIBUS的PLC分布式液压同步控制系统。该同步控制系统采用PROFIBUS-DP通信方式,建立了通信稳定可靠的分布式系统;并通过模糊自整定P闭环控制和前馈开环控制的综合方法,实现了在"同等方式"下的位移同步。实验结果表明:整个控制系统可扩展性较好,通信状态稳定且可诊断,同步精度在±0.3 mm以内,能够满足工程的实际需求。 In order to solve the problems of the need of muhi-point for synchronous lift in large structure objects engineering, the state instability in communication system, and the complexity in control system, a PLC distributed synchronous hydraulic system based on PROFIBUS- DP was designed . The communication mode of PROFIBUS-DP was adapted, and a distributed system in reliable communication was established. Meanwhile, combined fuzzy P self-adaptive closed-loop control and feedforward open-loop control methods, the displacement synchronization in "equal basis way" was realized. The experimental results show that the whole of control system designed has good features in good extensibility, stable communication that can be diagnosed, and synchronous precision within positive and negative 0. 3 mm, which satisfies voice of engineer.
