摘要
目的 观察美托洛尔治疗慢性心力衰竭的临床疗效.方法 将108例慢性心力衰竭患者完全随机分成治疗组与对照组,各54例.对照组采用常规强心、利尿、扩血管药物治疗,治疗组在对照组常规治疗的基础上加用美托洛尔,缓慢递增剂量,比较2组患者的临床疗效、治疗前后的心功能、心率、血压等.结果 治疗后治疗组心率、收缩压、舒张压、左心室射血分数及左心室舒张末期直径的改善均优于对照组[分别为（84.3±14.3）次/min比（70.3±12.4）次/min；（134.6±19.7） mm Hg比（123.8±16.5） mm Hg;（83.4±12.4）mm Hg比（74.6±15.4） mm Hg; （42.1±6.2）％比（49.8±6.9）％;（60.2±6.3）mm比（56.5±5.8）mm,均P＜0.01].治疗组总有效率优于对照组[94.4％ （51/54）比66.7％ （36/54）].结论 在常规抗心力衰竭药物治疗基础上加用合适剂量的美托洛尔能改善慢性心力衰竭患者心功能,提高疗效.
Objective To observe the clinical effects of Metoprolol on chronic heart failure.Methods One hundred and eight chronic heart failure patients were randomly divided into treatment group and control group.There were 54 patients in each group.In control group,the conventional strong heart,diuresis and vascular enlarge drugs were adopted.In treatment group,Metoprolols were added and slowly increased,based on the conventional treatment.The clinical curative effect of two groups of patients before and after treatment,including improved cardiac function,heart rate,blood pressure,was compared.Results The heart rate,systolic,diastolic blood pressure,left ventrieular end-diastolic,left ventricular ejection fraction and diameter of the improvements were better than those in the control group [ respectively （ 84.3 ± 14.3 ） times/min contrasts （70.3 ± 12.4 ） times/min,（ 134.6 ±19.7）mm Hg contrasts （123.8 ± 16.5）mm Hg; （83.4±12.4）mm Hg contrasts （74.6 ± 15.4）mm Hg; （42.1±6.2）% contrasts （49.8 ±6.9）% ; （60.2 ±6.3）mm contrasts （56.5 ±5.8） Mm,all P 〈0.01 ].The total effective rate of treatment group was higher than that in the control group [ 94.4% （51/54） contrasts 66.7% （36/54） ].Conclusions It is safe and effective to add suitabale dosage metoprolols based on conventional drugs of resist heart failure.It can improve cardiac function of the chronic heart failure （CHF） patients and increase the curative effect.
