摘要
普通竹炭涤纶/精梳棉混纺纱强力较低,毛羽较多,在喷气织机上织造较困难。通过采用竹炭涤纶/精梳棉混纺赛络纱,整经"小张力、低车速",浆纱采用"两高一低"、贴伏毛羽、提高耐磨性、增加强力,织造"大张力、低后梁、早开口"等措施,使织机的效率达到了87%以上,产品质量也明显提高。该产品无需染色即可使用,符合现代环保理念,是具有保健功能的理想服装面料。
It is found that the strength of common bamboo charcoal/combed cotton blended yarn is lower and the hairy of it is more, so it is more difficult to be woven on air-jet loom. By use of bamboo charcoal/combed cotton blended siro-spun yarn and adopting the technology of" less tension and lower speed" in warping, "two high one low" in sizing and "larger tension,lower back beam, earlier opening" in weaving, loom efficiency can reach to above 87% with product quality obviously improved. This product can be used without being dyed, which is very accord with the modem concept of environmental protection and is of ideal garment fabric of health care.
