摘要
在分析了MOS管导通原理的基础上,结合功率放大电路的原理,提出了一种电机MOS管的驱动电路,该电路适合高频信号开关控制电路。利用Multisim仿真软件仿真分析,并经过实际的运用,该电路达到了良好的效果。
Based on the analysis of the MOSFET conduction theory and combining the power amplifier circuit principle, this paper puts forward a drive circuit of motor MOSFET which is suitable for high frequency signal switch control circuit. Simulation analysis by Multisim simulation software and practical applications show that this circuit achieved good effect.
