摘要
结合某码头轨道式起重机主梁斜撑开裂问题对管节点进行疲劳寿命分析。应用有限元软件MSC.Nastran对节点模型进行静力计算,结合疲劳分析软件nSoft对管节点进行疲劳寿命分析,并将分析结果与实际情况进行对比。结果表明,该方法可有效预测管节点疲劳寿命,为疲劳设计提供支持。
This paper analyzes the fatigue life of tubular joints considering the problem of rail-mounted crane girder diagonal bracket cracking in a terminal. It makes static calculation on joint models by means of finite elements software MSC. Nastran, takes fatigue life analysis on the tubular joints using the fatigue analysis software nSoft and contrasts the analysis results with the actual situation. The result shows that this method can effectively predict the fatigue life of tubular joint, providing support for crane fatigue design.
