摘要
通过制备骨质瓷器X射线荧光标准参考物质的方法,建立了X射线荧光光谱分析法分析骨质瓷器样品中P2O5含量的标准曲线;并以此标准曲线对骨质瓷器样品进行定量分析测试,通过对比分析实验证明该方法可较为准确的定量分析骨质瓷器中磷酸三钙的含量。
By the method of preparation bone porcelain X-ray fluorescence standard reference materials, establish the bone china P205 standard curve of X-ray fluorescence spectrum analysis, and to this standard curve of bone porcelain samples for quantitative analysis test. Through the comparison and analysis of the experiment results show that the method can be more accurate quantitative analysis of the bone china in the content of tricalcium ohosohate.
