用冰模板法制备定向结构氧化锆多孔陶瓷 被引量:3

ZrO_2 POROUS CERAMIC WITH ORIENTED PORE STRUCTURE FABRICATED BY ICE-TEMPLATED PROCESS

摘要 以冰为造孔模板制备氧化锆多孔陶瓷。采用扫描电镜观察微观结构,并测量其气孔率和体积密度。结果表明:经过冷冻干燥工艺及高温烧结后,获得了定向排列的多孔结构。多孔陶瓷的气孔率为29.09%,体积密度为1.37g/cm3。 ZrO2 porous ceramic was fabricated by products was observed by scanning electron microscope tested. The results indicate that ZrO2 porous ceramic with drying and sintering. The porosity and volume density of icetemplated process. The microstructure of the (SEM).
