摘要
分析了传统半连续采矿工艺转载机的弊端,结合最新的皮带桥设计方案,介绍了皮带桥的结构特点;并针对矿山使用要求,对皮带桥的性能进行了分析。皮带桥作为半连续采矿工艺系统的新型转载设备,已被大型露天矿山所认可,并将得到越来越广泛的应用。
The paper analyzed the shortcomings of traditional transshipment conveyors used in semi-continuously mining process.It also combined the design scheme of the latest belt bridge to introduce the structural features of the belt bridge.According to the employment requirements in mines,the paper analyzed the performance of the belt bridge.Serving as the new-type transshipment device used in semi-continuously mining process,the belt bridge has been accepted by large-scale strip mines,and applied more and more widely.
