摘要
:根据合金凝固过程中的守恒定律和传输原理,建立了纤维二元合金复合材料的凝固模型。利用所建立的模型,对Al2O3AlCu复合材料的凝固过程进行了数据模拟,研究了复合材料凝固时溶质传输和分布及其对纤维基体界面的影响。模拟结果与实验结果吻合较好。
The solidification models of fiber/binary alloy composite are established according to the conservation law and the transfer principle of alloy solidification.The numerical simulation of solidification is carried out on Al 2O 3/Al Cu composite by the established models.The transfer and distribution of solutes during solidification of the composite as well as the effect of them on the fiber/matrix interface are studied.The calculated values coincide with the experimental results on the whole.
