摘要
以3,4-二苯基噌啉为环金属配体,二氢二(l-甲基-2-巯基咪唑)硼为解离配体合成一种中性环金属铱配合物Ir(dpci)2{H2B(mt)2}。配合物的结构通过质谱、核磁进行表征。结果表明:Ir(dpci)2{H2B(mt)2}在二氯甲烷溶液中的最大发射波长为622 nm,在固态时的最大发射波长为720 nm;溶液中的磷光寿命为0.5μs,量子产率为0.54。与金属离子的荧光滴定实验表明该配合物具有对Fe3+的选择性磷光淬灭性能,能作为Fe3+的磷光探针。
A neutral cylcometalatcd Ir(III) complex Ir(dpci)2{H2B(mt)2} was synthesized with cylcometalated ligand of 3, 4-diphenylcinnoline and assistant ligand of H2B(mt)2 (mt=methimazolyl). The structure of Ir(dpci)2{H2B(mt)2} was characterized by the NMR and mass spectroscopies. The new iridium complex displayed a strong emission band centered at 622 nm in a CH2Cl2 solution and 720 nm in solid. Its lifetime is 0.5 us and quantum yield is ca. 0.54 in a CH2Cl2 solution. The results of fluorescent titration experiments indicated that Ir(dpci)2{H2B(mt)2} is a phosphorescent "turn-off" probe for Fe3+ with high selectivity.
