双沟酒作为中国老字号名优白酒,在漫长的历史过程中塑造了特有的风味风格和深厚的文化底蕴。简要介绍了清末民初双沟酒的发展状况及南洋劝业会成立初期的部分情况,侧重于两者间的历史渊源。(晓文)
Shuang＇gou liquor, a famous liquor product in China, is featured by its unique flavor and styles and profound cultural backgrounds in its long history. In this paper, the development status of Shuang＇gou liquor in late Qing Dynasty and in early R.O.C and the foundation of Nanyang Commodity Exposition were introduced briefly and their historical source was introduced in details. （Tran. by YUE Yang）
