摘要
根据河北省农业发展现状,构建一套农业信息化分层次评价体系,使用理想点贴近度评价方法,分析石家庄各市县农业信息化现状,对其农业信息化水平进行综合评价和排序,对"十二五"期间农业信息化发展进行预测,提出继续发挥京津信息化的辐射影响作用、学习先进县市经验、提升河北省整体信息化应用效能之对策。
According to the current situation of the agriculture development in Hebei province, the author constructs a set of layering arrangement evaluation system of agricultural information, uses ideal point close degree evaluation method to analyze the present situation of Shijiazhuang city and county agricultural informatization, and go ahead the comprehensive evaluation and sort of agricultural informatization level, and carry on the forecast to the agricultural informatization development during the 12th five-year, put forward countermeasures of developing the radiation function of information, learning experiences of advanced county and ascending the whole information technology application effectiveness.
