摘要
研究了含碘废液中的碘酸钾的回收方法。采用氯化钡为沉淀剂,浓硫酸为氧化剂,以氢氧化钾中和得到碘酸钾。结果表明该方法工艺操作简便,废液处理量大,回收速度快,所用试剂成本低廉、无毒,回收过程中无有害物质产生,对废液中碘的回收率达到90%以上,所得碘酸钾的纯度大于99%。
This paper introduces a method for recovery of potassium iodate from wastewater containing iodine.Potassium iodate is obtained by neutralization with potassium hydroxide,using barium chloride as precipitant and concentrated sulfuric acid as oxidant.The results show that this method is simple and easy for operation with large amount of wastewater treated and quick speed of recovery.The reagents used are inexpensive and non-toxic,and no harmful substances are produced.The recovery rate of iodine from waste water is more than 90% and the purity of potassium iodate is more than 99%.
