MMP-9/TIMP-1在多囊卵巢综合征流产患者子宫内膜的表达 被引量：2

摘要 目的:探讨基质金属蛋白酶-9(MMP-9)和金属蛋白酶抑制物-1(TIMP-1)与多囊卵巢综合征(PCOS)高流产率的关系。方法:应用免疫组化S-P法,检测MMP-9和TIMP-1在20例多囊卵巢综合征流产患者子宫蜕膜组织和20例早孕蜕膜组织中的表达情况。结果:MMP-9在PCOS胚胎停育患者子宫蜕膜细胞胞浆内的表达高于正常早孕蜕膜组织,但差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),而TIMP-1在PCOS胚胎停育患者子宫蜕膜细胞胞浆内的表达水平显著降低,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:MMP-9和TIMP-1在PCOS流产患者子宫蜕膜组织中呈差异性表达,比例失衡,这可能是导致高流产率的主要原因。
