摘要
目的:探讨黄芪注射液致药品不良反应(ADR)的特点及相关因素,为临床合理用药提供参考。方法:检索1994-2011年国内医药期刊报道的黄芪注射液致ADR案例,并进行统计、分析。结果:黄芪注射液致ADR主要表现为皮肤损害,其次为呼吸系统损害。结论:临床应重视对黄芪注射液的合理应用,避免和减少ADR的发生。
OBJECTIVE： To explore the characteristics and related factors of the adverse drug reactions （ADR） induced by As- tragalus membranceus injection so as to provide references for rational clinical drug use. METHODS ： ADR induced by A. membran- ceus injection reported in domestic medical journals during 1994--2011 were collected and analyzed statistically. RESULTS： ADR in dermal was the major type of the ADR induced by A. membranceus injection, followed by ADR in respiratory system. CONCLUSION： Rational use ofA. membranceus injection should be emphasized to avoid and reduce the incidence of adverse drug reactions.
