摘要
目的探讨肾上腺血肿在CT、MRI、B超及核素等影像学检查的表现特征和临床应用价值。方法总结26例经临床证实的肾上腺血肿比较影像学表现征象。结果急性期肾上腺血肿CT表现为圆形、椭圆形均匀高密度影，增强扫描无强化。追踪复查，病灶密度减低，体积缩小。MRI扫描T1WI表现为等或略高信号、T2WI为高信号，DWI表现为弥散受限。B超为低回声结节，无血流信号。结论肾上腺血肿的CT和MRI等影像学表现具有特征性，非创伤性血肿多种影像学检查可明确诊断。比较影像学是·临床确诊肾上腺血肿的有效方法。
Objective To investigate the imaging features and clinical value of comparative imaging including CT, MRI, B - type ultrasonography in adrenal hematoma. Methods Twenty - six patients with comparative imaging materials were confirmed clinically suffered from adrenal hematoma. Results In acute stage, adrenal hematoma CT plain scan findings were round and ellipse even high - density image and no enhancing in enhanced scan, in following up hematoma density was decreased and volume lessened gradually. MRI manifestations were equal or slight high T1WI signal and high T2WI signal and constrained DWI. In B - type uhrasonography focus shows were low - echo nodules and no blood flow signal. Conclusions CT and MRI manifestations of adrenal hematoma have characteristic features, the no- invasive combined images can diagnosed the disease definitely. Comparative imaging is effective method to diagnose adrenal hematoma.
