住院患者营养风险筛查结果分析 被引量:5

摘要 住院患者存在诸多营养问题,如果及时对存在营养风险和营养不足患者给予营养支持,可以改善大多数患者的临床结局,对缩短住院时间、降低病死率患者起到重要作用。2002年欧洲学者提出了营养风险筛查工具,该方法建立在循证医学基础上,简便易行。本研究采用此工具,调查了我院呼吸科、消化科、肿瘤科部分住院患者营养不足和营养风险发生率及营养支持的应用情况,以期为营养支持在内科住院患者中的合理应用提供参考。
