摘要
本文探讨了产业信息化过程特征和信息技术增强产业竞争力的作用方式，从方法论的角度对产业信息化过程的一些基本问题作了分析。文章提出了产业信息化过程中信息概念的三重特性和信息技术的三种基本功能，并对信息技术作用条件及其对产业竞争优势的贡献问题作了深入分析，强调单纯信息技术本身并不能带来竞争优势，只有企业专有技术为核心构成的互补型资源才是信息技术能够发挥强大作用，形成产业信息化竞争优势的关键。
This article deals with characteristics of industrial informatization process and vehicles used in improving industrial competitiveness by information technology, philosophically discussing the basic problems in the process . The paper explains three kinds of natures of information concept and three functions of information technology in terms of industrial informatization, and furthering the analysis on necessary conditions and contributing channels of information technology. The article emphasizes the fundamental mechanism of compensating resources in that the information technology can only be successfully applied along with firm - specific technology capability.
