摘要 近年来,多波长光纤激光器作为密集波分复用系统中的重要光源而被广泛研究。对多信道取样光纤光栅(M-FBG)进行了详细的理论分析,并在此基础上实现了一种可调谐多波长光纤激光器。该激光器采用环形腔结构,以掺铒光纤作为增益介质,利用M-FBG的多波长选择特性在室温下实现了功率平坦度小于1 dB、3 dB线宽小于0.1 nm、边模抑制比大于50 dB,且0.5 h内功率波动小于0.5 dB的稳定多波长输出。同时,通过对M-FBG施加变化应力,实现了输出波长在一定范围内连续可调谐。 Multi-wavelength fiber laser which could be used as the light source in dense wavelength division multiplexing system(DWDM) was widely studied in recent years.A tunable multi-wavelength fiber laser was proposed and demonstrated on the basis of the theoretical analysis of the multi-channel sampled fiber Bragg grating(M-FBG).The laser was composed by employing a section of erbium doped fiber(EDF) as the gain medium and M-FBG as the filter in a ring cavity.Stable output from the multi-wavelength erbium-doped fiber laser was realized at the room temperature with power flatness less than 1 dB and 3 dB line-width less than 0.1 nm.The side mode suppression ratio(SMSR) was more than 50 dB and the measured power fluctuation of each wavelength was less than 0.5 dB within half an hour.Meanwhile,by applying tunable stress on the M-FBG,the output wavelength could be changed to longer wavelength in a certain range.
